What an amazing day.. Here I am at about mile 22+ in the New York Marathon! Unbelievable..
I beat my personal best time.. This year I finished in 4:31:53 (so far the unofficial time) and I was able to sprint on the last mile!
Only 6 days out from the race, I feel completely recovered and ready for another marathon tomorrow! Well... I may not run another race tomorrow, but I'll take my son out for a morning jog.
